Steak and Potato Salad


  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup each olive oil and soy sauce
  • 1 (2-lb) beef top sirloin steak
  • 6 cups cubed cooked potatoes
  • 1 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped scallions
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing


  1. In a gallon-sized plastic bag, combine first 4 ingredients; turn to coat and refrigerate overnight.  Discard marinade and grill steak over medium heat for about 9 minutes per side.  Slice into thin strips and combine with all remaining ingredients.  Toss to coat and serve.
