Ingredients
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup each olive oil and soy sauce
- 1 (2-lb) beef top sirloin steak
- 6 cups cubed cooked potatoes
- 1 cup diced green pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
Method
- In a gallon-sized plastic bag, combine first 4 ingredients; turn to coat and refrigerate overnight. Discard marinade and grill steak over medium heat for about 9 minutes per side. Slice into thin strips and combine with all remaining ingredients. Toss to coat and serve.
