Ingredients
- 12 ounces lager-style beer
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce (or to taste)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 thick cut boneless rib eye steaks
Method
- Whisk together all ingredients except steaks.
- Place steaks in resealable bag.
- Pour in marinade.
- Seal bag and chill overnight.
- Remove steaks from marinade.
- Grill until done to desire.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
